Privacy policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data Wyncall ("we") collects when you use wyncall.com, what we use it for and who helps us process it. For anything about your data, write to alejandrorodriguezalvarez884@gmail.com.

Who is responsible

  • Wyncall is run by Alejandro Rodríguez Álvarez (self-employed, NIF 06617719K), Calle Espronceda 19, esc. izq., 3.º D, 28003 Madrid, Spain, who is responsible for your data (the data controller).

What we collect

  • Your account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and account identifier Google shares with us. We also keep your language and how you signed up.
  • How you use the free trial: which steps you take (reading your website, building the agent, test calls, feedback, choosing a plan) and when.
  • What you give us to build your agent: your website address, your company's details and the goals and instructions you write.
  • Test calls: the transcript of each call and its review. For a call to your phone, the number you verify by SMS. Your voice is turned into text as you speak; we keep the text, not the recording.
  • If you buy a plan or ask us to set one up: the contact and company details you enter. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
  • If you ask for the 30-day pilot for your clinic: your name, the clinic's name, your email and your phone number. We never ask for patients' data.

What we use it for

  • To give you the trial and the service: build and run your agent, place your test calls and sign you in.
  • To understand how the trial is used and improve it, for example which steps people reach.
  • To prevent abuse of the free trial, with usage limits per person, phone number and connection.
  • To get in touch about your account, your setup, your purchase or the pilot you ask for. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Legal basis

  • We process your data to provide the trial and the service you ask for (performance of a contract, or steps you take before one), and on our legitimate interest in improving the trial and keeping it safe from abuse.

Who helps us

  • Google Cloud hosts the service and its data in the European Union (Belgium, europe-west1). Google also provides sign-in with Google. Zoho Mail sends and receives our email, from its data centre in the European Union.
  • Anthropic (Claude) writes your agent's replies and reviews calls. Twilio places phone calls and sends verification codes. Deepgram turns speech into text and ElevenLabs gives the agent its voice.
  • Stripe processes payments. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies or tracking you across sites.
  • Some of them process data outside the EU, under the safeguards the GDPR requires (such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

Cookies

  • We only set the cookies the site needs: one that keeps you signed in and one that remembers your language. Google's sign-in button may set its own cookies when you use it.
  • If you arrive through a link tagged with where it was shared (for example «utm_source=instagram»), your browser keeps that tag while the tab is open and sends it with a demo, a test call, your sign-up or a pilot request, so we know which channels bring clinics to us. It says nothing about who you are.

How long we keep it

  • We keep your account and what you made in the trial while your account exists. Ask us and we'll delete it, unless the law requires us to keep something (for example, invoices).

Your rights

  • You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict how we use it, by writing to the address above. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

Changes

  • If this policy changes, we'll update it here with a new date, and tell you by email when the change matters.
